Section 62B
Generating Income from Community Forestry
(1) The Community Forest Consumer Committee shall prepare its annual action plan related to the sale and use of forest products and get approval from the rural municipality and municipality.
(2) According to subsection (1), ten percent of the amount received for the sale of forest products shall be deposited in the accumulated fund of the respective rural municipality and municipality.
